Join us on a close and educational trip to Nerol Gard and their organic cooperative garden. With our own chefs/guide and Marit from Nerol Gard, we spend a few hours in the cooperative garden and among the animals. Marit explains a little about the operation and the farm, before we go and gather our own vegetables, herbs and flowers, which are later prepared by our wonderful chefs as part of the evening's 4-course dinner.
