Hilde takes you on a cultural-historical hike in a beautiful mountain landscape from Ustaoset and up towards Tvergastein – the cabin that the philosopher and mountaineer Arne Næss had built right under the wall at the mountain Hallingskarvet. You will hear stories and anecdotes about Arne Næss and his life's mission - to take care of nature, animals, flowers and plants in their proper element. We prepare food and drink in the storm kitchen and get to experience some of the most beautiful mountains and plains Norway has to offer.
