Farm Visit at Nerol Farm – From Soil to Table

Experience authentic Norwegian food culture on a farm visit to Nerol Farm near Geilo. Together with the farmers and the chefs from Geilo Mountain Lodge you will explore the organic garden, meet the animals and learn about traditional farming in Hallingdal.

During the visit we harvest vegetables, herbs and edible flowers directly from the garden. The ingredients are then prepared into a dinner served at the farm in the historic Hallingstue, a traditional timber dining house surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery.
